I call Aliexpress, they did a return coupon but they know because a told them a lot of Time , they Saïd return IS your order an you will may be refund.bi Saïd i Can conserve m'y order and bé refund partiel . They are sponignorant about handicapées persons.

I ordered a cell phone on the AliExpress website. This seller name is Sunshine Digital Stores.

they showed an advertisement like shipping from local (from France) after making my payment they asked to pay 40 extra to unlock the phone. but on the website it clearly states that it is an unlocked phone. so I said I won't pay extra because you showed it was an unlocked phone. then they were silent.

after 4 days they say they can't unlock the phone. because the French authorities do not give authorization. if it's true, Sunshine Digital stores, how can they do business in France? they defraud customers.

If I paid 40 extra, without any problem they will send my order. When they chat with me ask to order another phone. Then I said send me Oppo find X 7, because their site they have shown it's as 482. Then they said they can't send that phone for 482, because it's real price 709 .

So why they cheating us that much. I hope to complain Against this seller to French e commerce regulatory agency too. But if I do it Mainly I should mention about ALIEXPRESS.

Des lundi je vais me déplacé a la CLCV association de consommateurs pour me paindre de cette histoire de fou et j ai enregistré toutes les conversations que j ai eu avec le service clients je veux que vous fassiez bouger un peux les choses je veux etre rappelé rapidement car je suis tres remonter
